By downloading, installing, or using Dials Radio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Dials provides access to internet radio streams sourced from the community-driven Radio Browser API. The App aggregates publicly available radio streams and presents them in a user-friendly interface. Stream availability, quality, and content depend on third-party broadcasters and are not guaranteed by us.
The App is available to users of all ages (rated 4+). You must have a compatible Apple device running iOS 18 or later to use the App. A subscription to the App requires an Apple Account and agreement to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
The App does not require account creation. Your identity is managed through your Apple Account for subscription purposes and optionally through iCloud for data sync. We do not maintain separate user accounts or login credentials.

Premium features require an active subscription. Two plans are available:
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App Store, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.

The Dials name, logo, design, and user interface are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Station logos, names, and broadcast content belong to their respective owners. The Radio Browser API data is provided under the GPL v3 license.
The App uses open-source components including FFmpeg (LGPL v2.1), Radio Browser API (GPL v3), RevenueCat SDK (MIT), and SDWebImage (MIT). Full acknowledgements are available in the App's Settings and at dialsradio.app/acknowledgements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RADIO STREAMS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are between you and Dials Radio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
