Yes! Dials is free to download and use. You can browse and listen to 30,000+ radio stations, save up to 5 favorites, and use preset sleep timers — all without paying. Premium unlocks additional features like unlimited favorites, CarPlay, widgets, alarms, iCloud sync, and high quality audio.
Go to iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Dials Premium, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We cannot process cancellations directly — all subscriptions are managed by the App Store.
Radio stations are operated by independent broadcasters. A station might be offline for maintenance, experiencing technical difficulties, or may have permanently gone off-air. Try refreshing the station list by pulling down on the browse screen, or search for alternative stations in the same genre.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Go to the App's Settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Your premium subscription will be restored automatically.
No. Dials does not access your location or GPS data. The "Browse by State" feature lets you manually select a state to find local stations — it does not use location services.
Go to the Favorites tab, tap on a station, and select "Set as Alarm." You can configure up to 3 alarms with different stations and schedules. Wake alarms are a premium feature. Make sure notifications are enabled for the App in iOS Settings.
CarPlay requires a premium subscription. If you're already subscribed, make sure CarPlay is enabled: go to iOS Settings > General > CarPlay > Your Car, then ensure Dials is listed and enabled. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your phone to your car's system.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Dials subscription charge, and request a refund. Apple will review your request and process it according to their refund policy.
Free users receive streams at up to 128kbps. Premium subscribers get access to high quality streams at up to 320kbps, where available. The actual quality depends on what each individual station broadcasts — Dials delivers the best available quality up to your tier's limit.
Yes! While Dials focuses on US radio stations, you can listen from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. All 30,000+ US stations are available globally. Note that the App Store subscription pricing may vary by region.
